As the industry has developed and competition has become more fierce, we have developed a way of working that has proven to partly drive strong commercial results, but also spread a commercial understanding and commitment through the organization's various departments.
The Scandinavian hospitality industry is traditionally not used to working with consultants within this topic, this mainly due to the lack of supply and knowledge. From our years of experience within all different departments in the industry we have realized that there is a need of extra resources and competence in this field. This has led us to create Côtel Hospitality, where we help other organizations reach their goals. And most importantly understanding the benefits of what setting a distinct commercial strategy will do to your bottom line.
What differentiates us from other consultants is that we want to become a part of your team. This is important for us since we believe that any changes or development needs to be anchored within the existing team. We also believe in involving operations, who on a daily basis meet & greet all the guests, having a vital role in driving commercial results.
